Boiler installation technology
      Our company owns I-grade boiler installation permit issued by National Quality Supervision Test Quarantine General Office. There are no limitations for the parameters of various types of boilers permitted for installation. We have complete installation technology and experiences of bulk boiler and packaged boiler such as pulverized coal-fired boiler, chain boiler, fluidized bed boiler, organic heat carrier boiler, oil-fired boiler, etc. Furthermore, we have accumulated rich experiences of? the trial run, drying and boiling of boilers and we have mastered mature technology for the installation and commissioning of boiler auxiliary ( such as coal mill, forced draft fan, induced draft fan, powder exhaust fan, high pressure water pump, coal feeder, etc.) and boiler supporting devices ( dust collector, desulfurizer, coal handling system, etc.). Class-II quality assurance system has been established and Boiler Installation & Maintenance & Modification Quality Assurance Manual has been formulated. Up to now, 182 nos. of various boilers has been installed and the accumulated evaporation reaches 11430t/h, of which the maximum evaporation is equal to 410t/h. The boiler drum working pressure amounts to 11.38Mpa.

      Our company owns the fabrication & installation permit of III type pressure vessel (including the site) and advanced technical equipment like large plate shear, plate bender, numerical control cutting machine, automatic welding machine, etc. A reliable quality assurance system has been established and Pressure Vessel (including sphere tank) Quality Assurance Manual has been compiled. Up to now, we have fabricated and constructed various pressure vessels with all kinds of materials and pressures and with the quantity of more than 1600. Their quality performance is good and their running is reliable and safe. In addition, we can undertake the fabrication of various petroleum and chemical equipment & vessel & tower vessel on site and in workshop. The annual capacity of our mechanical plant amounts to 5000t.

Physicochemical test and NDT technology
      Our test center was awarded the qualification of building & construction class I test unit and NDT license and measuring instrument verification and standards establishment certificate issued by National Quality Supervision Test Quarantine General Office. Besides, we are tested and approved by Jiangsu Provincial Quality & Technique Supervision Bureau as the third party. There are thirty six persons who passed the examination by National NDT Examination Committee. Of these persons, five persons are qualified for III-grade ND flaw detection. We have various kinds of physicochemical test, NDT, measuring instrument test technology. In addition, we have advanced test devices like 300kv ceramic pipe X-ray machine, digital intelligent supersonic flaw detector, spectrum analyzer, etc. We are capable of undertaking the physicochemical test and NDT for various equipment, pressure vessel, piping, materials and testing the measuring instrument and repairing them.
      The company’s welding center is a base for welding training examination appointed by the local administration. And welding lab and perfect welding test and process evaluation management system are established. Thus, the evaluation for various kinds of materials and required tests and welding process can be conducted. In the welding center, welding training examinations are frequently carried out.
