Firstly, rich project management experiences
China Chemical No. 14 Construction Company, through forty years of hard working, undergoing the transforming from the military army to an enterprise, has completed large & middle engineering projects more than 1000 items in various domestic & foreign industries. We not only have a construction team with complete working types, reliable technology, spirit of hard working, but also have a management group with complete professions and mechanisms, high efficiency, spirit of striving for truth and innovation. We have accumulated rich management experiences from construction contracting to the successful practices in many kinds of contracting means such as EPC and PMC.
Secondly, powerful team for project management
At present, there are 289 persons who act as professional project manager/ constructor in the petrochemical engineering, building engineering, municipal public engineering, power engineering, mechanical & electrical installation, etc. Of 289 persons, 76 persons are of Class-A Project manager, and 48 persons are rated Class-A constructor. Furthermore, there are thirty six persons who was evaluated “The National Construction Industry Excellent Project Manager” and “The National Chemical Construction Enterprise Excellent Project Manager:”.
There are 722 professional engineering personnel. Among these persons, there are sixteen persons entitled to national allowance and ninety-seven persons with the professional title of senior engineer.
There are 257 professional engineering economic staff. Of these persons, there are nine persons with the title of registered costing engineer and forty-two persons with the professional title of senior economists.
There are 458 professional construction staff. Among these persons, 89 persons are of senior construction staff.
There are 246 quality inspectors with different disciplines. Among these persons, 38 persons are of senior quality inspector.
There are 188 equipment & material staff with different disciplines. Of these persons, thirty-six persons are of registered equipment supervisor.
There are 146 full-time safety staff, of which 28 persons are of registered safety engineer.
Professional management staff like planning and statistics, financial accounting and documentation and others are assigned sufficiently.
