China National Chemical Engineering No.14 Construction Company is a large scale comprehensive construction enterprise, which was established in Aug.1964 and under the direct jurisdiction of the central government. We possessed below licenses that were verified by national ministry of construction: Petrochemical & Chemical Industry Engineering Construction General Contracting Class 1; Municipal and Utility engineering Construction General Contracting Class 1; Mechanical & Electric equipment installation Engineering Construction General Contracting Class 1; Steel structure engineering speciality contracting Class 1; Building and Architecture Engineering Construction General Contracting Class 2 and many other items of qualifications. Furthermore, we have been granted the certification of GB/T 19001-ISO9001 Quality  management system and GB/T24001-ISO14001:1996 Environment Management System and GB/T28001-2001Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
Business scope of the corporation is : building of various common, industry and domestic project, installation of equipment, electricity, instrument and large integral production unit for large scale industrial projects, pressure vessel fabrication & installation, precast cement component fabrication, fabrication & installation of petrochemical non-standard equipment, fabrication & installation of various steel structures and network support structures, earthwork, supplying accessory tool & material equipment & raw material, bidding for chemical & petroleum project beyond the boundary and international project within the boundary, exporting materials and equipment required in the above oversea projects, manpower supply for above oversea projects, common transference & loading and unloading of equipment and common cargo transportation.
Our company has totally 3067 employers, including 983 technical professionals with different kinds of technical qualifications, more than ten experts who are entitled to national allowance, and a large number of country-registered constructors (Project manager).
The corp. consists of totally ten functional departments, excrcising the jurisdiction of 8 comprehensive engineering branches, Mechanical plant, Mechanization Engineering discipline, Welding center, Piping prefabrication plant, Jinxin Inspection center, Mapping engineering service company and accessory service units with complete functions. Besides, we have established regional branches or agencies located in Shanghai, Dalian, The northwest Area, Yunnan, etc.
Drawing on many years of construction experiences, 25 speciality construction procedures had been created, two of which were listed as National Construction Method and 7 of which were listed as provincial construction standard method. Apart from them, the industry standard HG20236 titled Petrochemical equipment installation quality evaluation standard was also compiled.
During the past over forty years, we not only have constructed more than 1000 projects, which is designed by foreign and our country, covering chemical fertilizer, petrochemical, light industry, electron, metallurgy, food, rubber, municipal engineering & utility, power transmitting and substation, and but also have received ＾ Luban Prize￣, and provincial & ministerial engineering quality awards as well as sample engineering, with a quantity of more than one hundred. Gradually we have had advantage of coal-chemical industry, fluorination-chemical industry, acetic acid, caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide, polypropylene, organic silicon, phthalic anhydride, pharmaceutics and other fields.
